TREE SURGERY LONDON / YOUR INFORMATION
Cookie Policy
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. Similar technologies can serve related purposes. This page describes the current website rather than list analytics and advertising products that are not installed here.
Public browsing
The public pages currently use local fonts, photographs and illustrations. They do not include optional analytics or advertising scripts, an embedded map, a social-media widget or an external video player. A visitor does not need to accept optional tracking to read the pages or use a telephone link.
Because the current public site does not load those optional technologies, it does not display a consent banner for them. This is not a statement that every cookie on every future version of the website would be exempt from consent. If optional technologies are introduced, their behaviour and the relevant choices must be reviewed before they are used.
Administrative sign-in
WordPress can use necessary authentication and security cookies when an authorised user signs in. Names can include a site-specific suffix, such as wordpress_logged_in, wordpress_sec and wordpress_test_cookie. They support sign-in or test whether cookies are available; they are not a public advertising profile.
Administrative preferences may also use wp-settings cookies for a signed-in user. Availability and duration depend on the sign-in and preference concerned. These cookies are not required merely to read a service page as an ordinary visitor.
Browser controls
You can review, delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary sign-in cookies may prevent administration from working properly. Deleting a browser cookie does not itself erase an enquiry or booking record held by a service provider; that is a separate data-protection matter.
External websites linked from the pages operate under their own policies. If you choose to follow a link, review the destination’s choices where relevant. This website’s current lack of optional tracking should not be taken as a description of an unrelated destination.
Questions about personal information
The privacy policy explains enquiry data and the published privacy contact. A telephone link opens your device’s calling function; it does not submit a website contact form or require a tracking cookie. For a booking question, use the contact details and identify the relevant enquiry.
